As a Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial, Donnelly specializes in helping new companies relocate to the area and assists local companies that are growing and need to expand. In the past five years he has handled more than $20,000,000 in transactions and sold or leased nearly 250,000 square feet of commercial or industrial space.
Donnelly has served as the President/CEO of the Butte County Economic Development Corporation and has also sat on the Board of Directors for the Chico Economic Planning Corporation and the Oroville Economic Development Corporation. He is also a Founder of Golden Valley Bank.
