California Northern Real Estate Investment was started by Mike Donnelly, who wanted to bring a global perspective to the region and showcase the many opportunities that exist for investors seeking higher returns, increased prosperity and a greater quality of life.
As a Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Agent for The Group Real Estate, Donnelly specializes in helping new companies relocate to the area and assists local companies that are growing and need to expand. In the past three years he has handled more than $17,000,000 in transactions and sold or leased nearly 145,000 square feet of commercial or industrial space.
In November of 2008, Donnelly was named President/CEO of the Butte County Economic Development Corporation and is helping to lead the county's Job Creation Efforts. Donnelly also sits on the Board of Directors for the Chico Economic Planning Corporation and the Oroville Economic Development Corporation, and he is a Founder of Golden Valley Bank.
Mike Donnelly and California Northern are actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and many other statewide and national commercial real estate networks.
