As a Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Agent for The Group Real Estate, Donnelly specializes in helping new companies relocate to the area and assists local companies that are growing and need to expand. In the past three years he has handled more than $10,000,000 in transactions and sold or leased nearly 125,000 square feet of commercial or industrial space. Donnelly is a Founder of Golden Valley Bank and sits on the Board of Directors for the Butte County Economic Development Corporation, the Chico Economic Planning Corporation and the Oroville Economic Development Corporation.
